• A clear photo of the item.

We will review your request and get back to you with the next steps (such as a replacement, or instructions for a return).

Important: Returns cannot be processed without prior return authorization via email. Any items sent back to us without prior authorization are not eligible for a refund or exchange and may not be shipped back to the customer.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. Once we've verified the issue with a photo, we will be happy to ship you a replacement for the correct item.

SIZING, EXCHANGES, AND OTHER RETURNS

If your item is free of defects but you're not satisfied for another reason (such as the fit, color, or you've simply changed your mind), it is covered by our 30-Day Guarantee.

Please contact us with your order number and photo, and we will provide you with a solution. Please note that all items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition to be eligible for a return.
