Thank you so much for shopping with MisoFunny! As a small, family-owned business, we truly appreciate your support. Every order is printed with care right here in the USA (California) and shipped directly to you.

1. Order Processing Time

Since we print every item to order just for you, please allow 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for us to print, pack, and ship your goodies. You’ll get an email with a tracking number the moment it leaves our hands!

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping in the United States:

🚀 FREE SHIPPING We are happy to offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $79!
  • Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $79, a flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days to be delivered.

3. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are hoping to expand internationally in the future, so please check back!

4. How Do I Check My Order Status?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@miso-funny.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment fee.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

MisoFunny is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
